Mpoe Sindoek, Coronation Name Sri Isyana Vikramadhammatunggadeva, was the last king of the Sanjaya dynasty of Mataram. He ruled around 928 or 929.
Forced, either through a Merapi burst, or through internal twists (an invasion of Srivijaya), Mpoe Sindoek moved the kraton of the Kingdom of Mataram from Central Java to the valley of the Brantas in East Java. This Hindu Empire is now known as Kingdom Mataram I. The kings were descendants of the rulers of the old, more west-facing empire. Also see
