He has worked at the Moulin Rouge in Paris while teaching at Studio Harmonic in Paris, Ballet Academien in Stockholm, and at the Studio Harmonic in Paris. He has worked with Renato Zero, Paula Abdul, Diana Ross, Jasmine Guy, Steve Winwood and Gloria Estefan Broadway Dance Center in Tokyo. In Italy he is known for the programs Torno Saturday of Giorgio Panariello and Chiambretti Night whose care choreographies danced with Michael Jackson.

One of the founders of Wacking and Punking, styles close to Funky Styles and Hop-Hop that took shape and importance in the U.S. in the seventies he created Cardio Funk.

Bill Goodson will be one of the professors of Friends 17, the program of Maria de Filippi., in the dance category.
