Johannes Henricus Schaap (Amsterdam, 27 September 1823 - 19 March 1889) was apostolic vicar of Dutch Guyana-Suriname and Titular Bishop of Etalonia.
He was priest prized on August 13, 1850, and joined the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (Redemptorists). On June 20, 1876, Schaap was appointed apostolic vicar of Suriname and titular bishop of Etalonia, after the death in 1875 of his predecessor Joannes Baptista Swinkels. He was dedicated to bishop on October 10, 1880.
Sheep died on March 19, 1889 at the age of 65.
