New Life (Oss)

The New Life mill is a windmill on the Nieuwe Brouwerstraat in the Dutch town of Oss (municipality of Oss). It is a round stone mill which is decorated as a grain mill. In 1938, the former owner painted the mill white, after which the mill got the nickname "The White Mill". In 1959, the mill was owned by Philips, which has a branch in the vicinity. The company made the "Philipsmolen", as he was soon mentioned, converted into a reception room for guests. In addition, the interior work was largely retained and "incorporated" into the new function.

In 1975, the municipality of Oss bought the mill for restoration. It lasted from 1984 to 1993.

The flight is old Dutch. In the mill there are two pairs of millstones. The mill is usually open to the public on Saturdays. 51° 46′ 6″ NB, 5° 31′ 8″ OL
