Zeldenrust (Budel)

The mill Zeldenrust is a windmill at Burgemeester Van Houtstraat 60 in the Dutch city Budel (municipality Cranendonck). It is a round stone mill that is decorated as a grain mill. The Zeldenrust was built as a mill in 1869 on behalf of Jan Rooijmans, after he was never thought of a lover of the mill in favor of the owner's son. In 1898 the mill burned out, after which he was immediately recovered. The mill belt was completely demolished in the 50s and 60s of the 20th century and replaced by a masonry warehouse. The mill is operated from the roof of the warehouse.

The flight has been equipped with a faucet (System Fauel) with rear brake valves since 2000. In the mill there are 2 pairs of 17der artificial stones. In the past, the mill was used as a bark mill.

The mill is privately owned and regularly measures wind power. The mill can not be seen. 51° 16′ 18″ NB, 5° 34′ 54″ OL
