Chrisma is a mixture of olive oil and balm and is one of the three sacred oils in the Catholic Church. In the Orthodox Church, it is called Myron.

Saint chrisma is being used

It is celebrated by the bishop in the morning of White Thursday during the chrismamis. During these misses, the other two sacred oils (catechum oil and sick oil) are also blessed.

The chrisma is kept in a chrismale.
