Province of Frederiksborg

Frederiksborg County (province of Frederiksborg) is a former province in the east of Denmark in the north of the island of Zealand. There were approximately 372,000 inhabitants (2003). The province then occupied 1347 km².

On January 1, 2007, the provinces in Denmark were abolished. Frederiksborg is now part of the new capital of the capital. Municipalities
