Almost nothing is the information about this painter, presumably Florentine. Certain news is that in 1602 he painted the Annunciation for the Church of San Martino in Palagnedra and in this work appeared the signature and the date Crescius faciebat 1602.
His other works are an altarpiece once placed in the Salvetti chapel in the church of Santa Maria del Carmine and the fresco depicting the Last Supper at the Convent of the Cross in San Casciano in Val di Pesa made in 1562 . Bibliografiamodifica wikitesto
