The University of Friborg (French: Université de Friborg, German: Universität Freiburg) is a university in Friborg, Switzerland. It is the only bilingual university of the country, partly because it is on the linguistic boundary between the French-speaking and German-speaking part of Switzerland. She was founded in 1889 as a state university as well as a Catholic university. Faculties
