Kabelnoord or Kabel Noord is a Dutch provider of cable television, digital telephony and internet access that operates in northeastern Friesland. The official name of the company is Kabeltelevisie Noord-Oost Friesland NV.

Kabelnoord was established in 1979 as a Common Arrangement with the aim of connecting as many households as possible to cable television. To achieve this goal, many unprofitable areas were also connected. In this way, approximately 25,000 households in the municipalities of Ameland, Dantumadeel, Dongeradeel, Kollumerland, and Schiermonnikoog have radio and television. In 1996 Kabelnoord was transformed into a public limited company, of which the municipalities became shareholders.

Kabelnoord's infrastructure consists of a fiber and coaxial cable network. The main structure of this network consists of fiber optic cable. From central points in the villages and neighborhoods, there are coaxial cables or fiber optic cables to the houses.

In addition to traditional radio and television, Kabelnoord also offers internet and telephone by cable. As of April 1, 2014, it was also possible to take internet via Ziggo.
