Lillian Gertrud Asplund


Lillian Gertrud Asplund (Worcester, Massachusetts), October 21, 1906 - Shrewsbury (Massachusetts), May 6, 2006) was the last survivor of the RMS Titanic who recalled some of the shipwreck and at her age at the age of 99 Worcester in Massachusetts died. Her father and three brothers, including a twin brother, came to life at the disaster. She, her mother Lillian and a younger brother survived the drama.

On 19 April 2008, a number of its assets were auctioned in the United Kingdom. Among the pieces were an original ticket for the trip with the Titanic, which brought 41.500 euros and a watch that had given the mind during the disaster, which changed 39,000 euros from owner.
