Ozcan Ozkaya


Özcan Özkaya (Oosterhout (Noord-Brabant), March 24, 1983) is a former professional football player for Achilles Veen. In the past he appeared in the Eredivisie for Willem II. Career

Özkaya went through Willem II's youth education before making his debut on paid football on 21 December 2002. In the home game against FC Groningen (2-1 win), he arrived four minutes before Tarik Sektioui's field. It continued to be that season. In the following season he was twice in action for the Tilburgers, but in the winter stop of the 2003/2004 season it was decided to rent Özkaya. The attacker was rented to FC Eindhoven and in the first division he scored three goals in sixteen matches. After his lease, Willem II decided not to extend his contract. He left for the amateurs of Achilles Veen. There he played in a team last year with former Prof Nabil Bouchlal and Ramon van Haaren. Also see
