Diane Hendrina Edelijn (Hoogvliet, June 12, 1960) is a former top swimmer who once participated in the Olympic Games on behalf of the Netherlands: 'Montreal 1976'

Edelijn, member of VZC Vlaardingen, came out in Quebec's largest city on both the 100 and 200-meter backstroke. At the first song she continued until the final, in which she finished as eighth in a time of 1.05.63. At the double distance, Edelijn fell by the fifteenth time (2.22.77) already in the series.

As a member of the team team at the 4x100 meter change team, she finished fifth place (4.19.93), with Edelijn setting as a start-up swimmer a time of 1.05.11. Her colleagues in that race were the specialists of the school Wijda Mazereeuw (1.13.36), butterfly slave José Damen (1.05.16) and free-hit prince Enith Brigitha (56.30).
