The Medal of Honor of the Danish Shooting, Gymnastics and Athletics Federation (Danish: Danske Skytte-, Gymnastik- og Idrætsforeningers Hæderstegn ") was established by King Christian X of Denmark on 7 June 1941. Despite the German occupation of his country the prince had stayed in Copenhagen.
The medal was awarded for the promotion of the mentioned sports and for the meritorious practice of the sports. The union no longer exists, which means that the medal is no longer awarded.
The bronze medal was worn on a white ribbon folded into a pentagon with a broad red stripe in the middle and a narrow red stripe on both sides on the left breast. On less formal occasions a baton was worn in the colors of the ribbon on a uniform.
