The metadataoplasty is an operation technique, especially used in women-to-men transsexuals, extending the clitoris already stretched by testosterone and extending the urethra along the underside of the clitoris to construct a penis. The large shoulder lips are joined together to construct a ball pocket. The advantage of this technique is that no visible scars persist and that the result looks realistic. With this technique, the length of the penis is on average around 4 to 6 cm, so most of the results are still seen as micropenis.
