Basjir Magometovich Aoesjev (Russian: Башир Магометович Аушев) (Oktjabrskoje (District Prirodni, Czech ASSR, RSFSR) February 7, 1944 - Nazran, June 13, 2009) was a politician from Ingushetia.
Aoesjev was in the 1990's Interior Minister of the Republic of Ingushetia. Since 2002 he was Deputy Prime Minister of Ingushetia during the reign of President Moerat Zjazikov, a former KBG agent. He left the government after the removal of Zazikov by the federal government in September 2008.
Aoesjev was shot in his house in June 2009 in a series of attacks in the unstable region of the Northern Caucasus.
