Mansour Matloubi


Mansour Matloubi is a professional Iranian poker player.

Matloubi was very active in tournament poker in the 90's of the 20th century. He was the first non-American to win the World Series of Poker Main Event. In 1993, he was again close to victory at the Main Event, but was eliminated fourth by Jim Bechtel, the later winner.

Matloubi is currently playing no more tournaments in the United States, he is more prevalent in Europe.

Overall, Matloubi has won more than $ 1.9 million in live tournaments.
