Roger Maxwell "Chappo" Chapman (Leicester, April 8, 1942) is a British rock singer. biography

Chapman begins his vocal career in 1966 at The Farinas. In 1967 he joined the famous British rock band Family. In 1974, he founded the Streetwalkers together with Charlie Whitney (guitar).

Since 1978, Chapman is performing solo, sometimes with an accompaniment band. He is known as a temperamental performer and is renamed as a singer for his raw vocal vibrato. Solo successes he achieved with Let's Spend the Night Together cover of The Rolling Stones (1978) and Shadow on the Wall with Mike Oldfield (1983).

In August 2010, Chapman announced his farewell concert at the 'Rhythm Festival' in Biggleswade, but later, with this announcement, he announced that he wanted to sell all the tickets.
