Harry Touw (The Hague, April 7, 1924 - April 14, 1994) was a Dutch comedian, mopapper and television personality from The Hague. He gained national fame from 1970 through his performance for the VPRO television in the roles of Fred Haché and Otto Kolkvet in a number of rumorful satirical shows, in which naked, curse, the toilet, dog poop, etc. often occurred with an absurd humor (a product by director Wim T. Schippers). He also made some gramophone records (including Bakken aan de Bar). Together with IJf Blokker, he also made the wood stew series "Bakken aan de Bar".

In 1982 he was the presenter of Vara's Artists Café.

Touw was also the one who was approached to play the role of De Baron in the series Bassie and Adriaan and The secret of the treasure map. In the end, this did not work and Aad van Toor took this role for himself.

During the summer, Rope stayed for years in his caravan at the Wassenaar campsite Duinrell, where he hosted the children's entertainment for the camping youth and was known as "Ome Harry". He died seven days after his seventieth birthday.
