Paraspadella schizoptera


Paraspadella schizoptera is a species in the taxonomic classification of the arrowworms. The worm is oblong (torpedo-shaped) and covered with a cuticle. The body consists of a head, a body and a tail. At the sides of the head are some hook-shaped spines that enclose the mouth and serve as a gripping member for prey. Furthermore, the arrowworm is carnivore.
