Stile Lighthouse Remains of the Kaulon Temple
Punta Stilo, also known as Stilo's head and in Greco-Greco period as Cocintum (Cocynthum) is a town located in the municipality of Monasterace and where the homonymous lighthouse of Punta Stilo and the archaeological remains of the town of Kaulon .
In ancient times, named after Cocintum, it was the seat of the city of Kaulon and later of the ancient Stilo, then named Stilida, from which it is named.
