Anne Heinis, born as Barthélémy (16 November 1933 - Paris, 18 December 2009) was a French politician.
Heinis fought for the rights of the French Muslims and stayed for two years in Algeria to help refugees. After that she was a cabinet member of the repatriated minister. Subsequently, she was a regional social security inspector in Languedoc-Roussillon from 1963 to 1975 to inspect the refugee and repatriation centers. In this subject, she graduated from the University of Montpellier in 1977.
In 1983 Heinis became Mayor of Valognes. She stayed this until 1995. From 1992 to 2001 she was also Manche's Senator for the Républicain's dependents. She passed away at the age of 76.
