Marco VI (... - ...) was for the Orthodox Coptic Church the hundredth Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria, from 1645 to 1660.
His papacy extended to Egypt by the Church of the Virgin Mary in Cairo.
During his papacy, he was in contact with Syrian archbishop Ahatallah. Ahatallah was in Cairo when Marco VI received an encyclical by Thomas, archdiocese of the community of Christians of St. Thomas in India, in which a new bishop was required in the function of Portuguese domination: not being able to send anyone from his Church advised Ahatallah to go to India on mission.
