De Valk is a grain mill in Zalk in the Dutch province of Overijssel.
The mill was built in 1860 and has been owned by the Van Beekhuizen family for many years. The current owner is the municipality of Kampen. In all likelihood, the mill was previously also used as a pillar mill.
The mill is now equipped with one pair of millstones. The rows of the mill are 22.20 meters long and are equipped with the old Holland sailing system. 52° 31′ 16″ NB, 6° 0′ 23″ OL
