Acapella (medicine)

Acapella is a small handheld device used in nursing and respiratory physiotherapy to remove mucous membranes or mucous membranes caused by airway secretions, a patent of DHD Healtcare. It works by applying a positive respiratory pressure, like other similar devices (PEP mask), associated with endobronchial vibrations, such as the Flutter. It is used in bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathy therapy and in rehabilitation following thoracic surgery. Notemodify wikitesto
