Black Sea Euregio

The Black Sea Euregio (Bulgarian: Черноморски еврорегион, translit, Chernomorski evroregion, Romanian: Euroregiunea Mării Negre) is a transnational cooperation structure (Euregio) consisting of countries and their administrative subdivisions located in the western part of the Black Sea. The Council of Europe Congress launched the Black Sea Euregio on September 26, 2008, when the founding decree was signed by 14 agencies in four countries. The Black Sea Euroregion aims to promote greater awareness and careful use of Black Sea resources and sustainable management, as well as regionalization processes in the area.

The region consists of three taxpayers in Bulgaria and two districts in Romania: Romania Biggest cities
