Both towers under construction
The Guangzhou Twin Towers are two skyscrapers in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou or Kanton. The buildings are located in the local Central Business District (CBD), Zhujiang New Town, in Tianhe District.
The two towers are called Chow Tai Fook Center (周大福 商业 中心) and Guangzhou International Finance Center (广州 国际 金融 中心), but are usually called Eastern Tower and Western Tower. The West Tower, designed by architect Wilkinson Eyre, with hundreds of floors, was ready for use in 2010. The Eastern Tower, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox is still under construction and will probably be completed in 2016.
