Lätäseno


The Lätäseno is a river (Sami: Eno) in the Lapland region, municipality of Enontekiö in Finland. The river is a confluence of the Poroeno with several small tributaries. The river runs north-south and flows, after crossing the E8, between Maunu and Kaaresuvanto along with the Könkämä River to form the Muonio. The river is rich in fish; There is a lot of fishing for salmon. The river is also used for watercraft by canoe or kayak, as there are quite a few rapids in the river. It is unsuitable for commercial shipping. The altitude difference is 265 meters. The river is frozen for a large part of the year and is located in a very remote area.
