Mirza Azeem Baig Chughtai or Shabnam Romani (Shahjahanpur, December 30, 1928 - February 17, 2009) was a Urdu closer from Pakistan. Romani was born in India, but later became a citizen of Pakistan and lived in Karachi. He was the author of numerous books, such as Jazeera, Doosra Himala and Tohmat. He was also a columnist and publisher of the Quarterly Aqdar Karachi, a literary Urdu magazine.
