District of Austriae Controllatus (DAC) is a classification in Austrian wine-growing. It was introduced in 2002. As the first wine region, the Weinviertel was allowed to carry the DAC.

The classification seems to be somewhat similar to that in Germany. The higher the weight, the higher the quality. This is in relation to the harvest dates. Low to High is the format:
Prädikatswein - The wine mentioned below belongs to the highest classified wines. "Verbesserung" is not allowed.
