Misaki Doi (Yokohama, April 29, 1991) is a professional tennis player from Japan. Her favorite surface is hardcourt. In 2006, she played her first ITF tournament in Japan, and won small ITF tournaments from Kofu (Japan) and Tokyo (Japan) in 2009. In 2010 she won the $ 75,000 tournament from Toyota (Japan). In 2015 Doi won her first WTA title at the Luxembourg tournament. In the final they beat the German Mona Barthel in three sets: 6-4, 6-7, 6-0.
