Francisca (Cisca) Joldersma (Dedemsvaart, October 30, 1964) is a Dutch scientist and politician. She was a member of the Dutch Parliamentary Chamber of the CDA from 23 May 2002 until 17 June 2010. Joldersma lives in Tilburg.
Joldersma studied administrative science at the University of Twente at Enschede and graduated there from political science. After that, she was a senior lecturer in political and organizational sciences at the Catholic University of Brabant.
In the Lower House, Joldersma engaged in higher vocational education, scientific education and science policy, mental health and drug policy.
In 2010, Joldersma was again on the candidate list for the House of Representatives on behalf of the CDA, in place 34, and was therefore not re-elected. In September of that year, she started studying forensic psychology and in December she became a policeman at Veldzicht, a forensic psychiatric center in Balkbrug.
From 17 January 2012 to 22 April 2012, Joldersma was a member of the Lower House as temporary replacement of Sabine Result for maternity leave.
