The AnziBesson brand was born in 1976. But between Besson and the Austrian management there are differences, and in September 2009 Besson renounces the agreement. On January 27, 2010, the BasicNet group acquires 50% of AnziBesson, becoming its sole and exclusive worldwide licensor. On December 22, 2016, the BasicNet Group - after deciding to focus all the winter sports collections on the Kappa brand - will surrender its shares to the Besson family, which thus resumes the full possession of the brand.
