Brontok is a worm that has many types of variants, such as BackDoor and Rontokbro. This virus originates in Indonesia and can be found in e-mail attachments. This newly created virus creates keys in the System Registry so that Windows startup starts and also copies itself to the user directory. Brontok can also change the settings of Windows Explorer, disable the registry, and has a lot of other adverse effects on the computer. This virus also manages to send emails to the victim's contacts, making it the victim. In the virus emails, there are often JavaScript pop-ups and messages against prostitution, abortion (and many more) to involve the recipient more by clicking on links or files offered.
