W.M.C. (Wil) The Vrey-Vringer (Utrecht, ca. 1945) is a Dutch politician of the VVD.
She graduated from the University of Utrecht University Law. After that she worked at the provincial court in Utrecht and the law shop in Amsterdam. In 1974 she became a councilor in Haarlemmermeer and later became an alderman. At the end of 1989, her appointment was appointed Mayor of Nieuwkoop and nine years later she became Mayor of Goirle.
In December 2005, she retired early and went to mediate as a mediator for mediation with, for example, conflicts with a municipality about a destination plan or a building permit. In 2009 she was involved in the establishment of the National Association of Freelance Mediators (LVGM) of which she became president.
