Jan Willem Jacobus de Vos of Steenwijk (1882-1970)


Jan Willem Jacobus Baron de Vos of Steenwijk ('s-Gravenhage, February 24, 1882 - Hengelo, September 1, 1970) was a Dutch politician.

The Vos of Steenwijk was an agricultural worker from Wageningen and Germany, a former noble gender, who was two and a half years in the CHU. He owned a large farm and later founder of a model farm near Zwolle. In the administrative area he was active as a deputy of Overijssel and councilor in Diepenheim. He terminated his First Chamber membership because of a trip to Canada. He was known as 'Lord of Diepenheim' in his place of residence.
