Keith Webb

Keith Webb (1934 - Turre, March 31, 2007) was a British drummer. His nickname was "The Baron".

Webb had a long musical career behind it. He started in various jazz bands around Stoke-on-Trent. He started a band with Terry Reid, who eventually played in The Hollies, Small Faces and The Yardbirds. Reid was more often in the clinch with his producer Mickie Most. Peter Solley reinforced the band, but with Keith Webb he did not want to be pushed into a tight jerk and together they started Paladin. After two albums it was over and Webb played in many bluesbands. He met and played with Stevie Ray Vaughan (80's). He retired in Spain, Bedar where he still played in The Flying Vultures and Los Tres Hombres. Together with Kev Moore and Clive Robin Sarstedt he played in and around Turre. He died at the age of 73.
