The Mobility Vision 2020 of the Flemish Transport Company "De Lijn" is a vision of the future that discusses how De Lijn wants to make mobility in Flanders want to evolve. This plan sets out a number of goals and plans are being presented, and a plan of designing a plan was drawn up in the context of these plans, a network that would ideally be realized by 2020. By region, there are separate plans with exact targets for that region, which sets additional targets for each region (such as precise bus lines, village and etc.) information. These provincial plans are the Pegasus Plan with the START Initiative, the Neptune Plan and the Spartacus Plan.
