Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" B. Biazon (Cavite City, March 20, 1969) is a Filipino politician. Biazon has been a member of the Philippine House of Representatives since 2001 on behalf of Muntinlupa City. Prior to that, he worked as a campaign leader for his father, Rodolfo Biazon, at the senate elections in 1992. After that, he worked as a manager at his father's office and Senator Sergio Osmeña. Prior to this he was Director of the Video Regulating Body.
In 2009 it became known that Biazon would participate in the 2010 Senate elections on behalf of the Liberal Party.
