The Central Ground Room in the Netherlands is a public-law part of the State of the Netherlands, which is responsible for the handling of appeals against decisions of regional land chambers. The Central Ground Room is located in Arnhem. Composition and method
Members belonging to the judiciary, the expert members and the deputy expert members of the lease of the Court of Appeal in Arnhem, are also members of the Central Ground Chamber, or alternate deputy member.
The Central Ground Chamber holds a seat and certainly with three members of the judiciary and two non-judicial members of the judiciary; one of the members belonging to the judiciary acts as chairman.
The Registrar and Deputy Registrars are appointed and fired by the Crown.
