FC Oulu was a Finnish football club from the city of Oulu.
The club was founded in 1992 after a merger between OTP Oulu and OLS Oulu. Because OTP played the highest class in the season, FC Oulu should start there. The club became the forefront with one point ahead of KuPS Kuopio and had to play a play-off against the second-class FinnPa Helsinki. After a draw at home, the club lost 1-0 and degraded.
In the second class the club was fourth and played the final with the last four from the first class. The six bests ranked for the highest class, which was expanded with two clubs. Oulu became fifth and graduated. In 1994 the club became the forefront and declined again. FC Oulu retreated and ceased to exist. The merger was dissolved and OTP and OLS each went their own way.
