Morganucodon is a genus of extinct mammalian species that lived during the Trias on the islands that became Wales later. In addition, fossils of this animal were found in China. Morganucodon was a 10 cm long raty animal with a long pointed muzzle, a short tail, short legs and five feet on each foot. The animal belonged to the Triconodonta and, like the other members of this order, Morganucodon chose three pointed protrusions. The big eyes indicate a nightlife existence. In this way, Morganucodon carnivore evolved dinosaurs. During the hunt insects and other small animals were captured. Presumably Morganucodon put eggs. Related to Morganucodon is Megazostrodon.
