Willem Hespe (The Hague, December 25, 1875 - Amsterdam, January 22, 1964) was a Dutch choir conductor.
Hespe was, among other things, conductor of the choir Zanglust. The singer Annie Delorie had also sung at this choir and in February 1961 she performed on the occasion of Hespe's 85th birthday.
In addition to this children's choir, Willem Hespe had also established a children's choir in 1924 that performed for the Hilversumsche Wired Radio or HDO, the later AVRO. He also contributed to his Matthew Passion performances.
Hespe was married to the pianist Cato du Mée and had a daughter.
