Brian Gay


Brian Gay (December 14, 1971) is a professional golfer from the United States. He is playing the American PGA Tour.

Brian's father was an officer in the US Army. That's why Brian was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and lived in Fort Tucker during his youth, playing golf.

He received a scholarship for the University of Florida where he became a national champion in 1993.

Professional

Gay became professional in 1999. He won nine wins on the mini-tours in the United States, but did not win great achievements until he won the Veritage Heritage in 2008 with ten-beat lead at number 2.

In 2009, Gay won the St Jude Classic, making him win two wins this season, qualifying him to join the US Open. He missed the cut. At the end of 2009 he was ranked 13th on the American Order of Merit and in the top 50 of the world rankings. won Mini-tours PGA Tour
