Chevelle

Chevelle in 2007

Chevelle is an alternative metal band from Chicago and consists of three brothers with the surname Loeffler. The band was formed in 1994 and was known in 2002 with the song "The Red". Although Chevelle is classified as an alternative metal band, they are regularly incorrectly classified as "Christian rock", despite the fact that they have already stated in several interviews that this is a mistake. Loeffler says, "It's a rumor that we will probably always follow. It's quite simple. We originally signed with a Christian label with John Tesh and Amy Grant. And that's just been a mistake ". The name of the tire refers to the favorite car of the Loefflers father. In 2005, bassist Joe Loeffler was replaced by Dean Bernardini. He is a lover of the Loefflers.

Initially contracted by Squint Entertainment, Chevelle is now under contract with Epic Records. Band members
