Conomor

Conomor (Cynfarch in Welsh, Cunomorus in Latin, Cunomor in English, about 395 ...) was ruler of Dumnonia (in Cornwall), kingdom of the Middle Ages of England.

He succeeded his father Tutwal and may have been the first monarch of this kingdom to live in Castle Dore, near Lantyan. A tombstone tells the name of his son: Tristram (or Drustanus). This name, along with the Breton stories on a King Conomor, also known as Mark (or March, short form for Cyn-march), has created confusion with his wicked great-grandson.
