Johannes Peckelbeen (St. Kruis, 1734 - Koolkerke, June 30, 1819) was Mayor of the Belgian municipality of Koolkerke from 1814 to 1819.

He had reached a high age when he followed Philippe De Neve in 1814 as mayor of the rural municipality of Koolkerke. It seems likely that the eighty-year-old man no longer actively farmed. After his death, he was succeeded by Johannes Strubbe. Sources Literature
