Lowell Lyttelton Lewis (August 18, 1952) is a Montserrat politician, former prime minister of the Caribbean island of Montserrat.
He has held this position since June 2, 2006, under the leadership of a coalition government formed by his party, the Montserrat Democratic Party, and that of former Prime Minister John Osborn, the New People's Liberation Party, with the support of some independent. It was defeated in the elections of September 8, 2009, being replaced two days later by Reuben Meade.
