Carmen Longo (Bologna, August 16, 1947 - Bremen, January 28, 1966) was an Italian swimmer.
He was a swimmer of the Italian National team who lost his life in the Bremen airbase on January 28, 1966. The city of Bologna has dedicated the municipal swimming pool in the vicinity of the Renato Dall'Ara stadium. Sesto San Giovanni also dedicated to Carmen Longo the municipal Olympic pool. It also takes its name from the municipal sports field of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce, the birthplace of the athlete's parents.
The Swimming Pool at Santa Cesarea Terme (Lecce) is dedicated to the Bolognese swimmer.
