Giorgio Doria (senator)


Giorgio Doria (Genova, January 5, 1800 - Genoa, January 23, 1878) was an Italian politician.

The son of the Marquis Ambrose, Count of Montaldeo, was Councilor of Genoa, Councilor and vice-president of the Provincial Council of Genoa, Member of Provincial Deputation, since 1848 Captain of the Civic Guard and Regent Commissioner in Genoa. He was also president of the hotel's poorest hotel administration.

In 1848 he was appointed senator by King Carlo Alberto.
